Youth Ministry
At TCM there is comprehensive approach to the development and implementation of the youth ministry (in the areas of group building, worship, discipleship, mission, and outreach) at all levels. This comprehensive approach is based on the understanding of the primary task of youth ministry to:
• love youth where they are
• encourage youth in developing their relationship to God
• provide them with opportunities for nurture and growth
• challenge them to respond to God’s call to serve in their communities.
Our time together is a mix of games, learning, talking, and worship. As youth, they uncovering what it means to ge a young man or woman of God. All youth have the opportunity to grow in their knowledge of God, the Bible and other Christian topics.
Children’s Church
In order to give our children the best Bible teaching possible, Trinity holds a children’s church service in conjunction with the main service. Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. This special time gives kids more opportunity for interaction and learning in a context and manner that may be better suited to their age and learning styles. Our friendly children’s church volunteers have an endless stream of creativity–ranging from puppet shows, to games, to object lessons.
Young Adults
Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The young adult group provides a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people.
